All FOH applicants must have their SC alcohol certificate before being scheduled for an interview. There are several sites to obtain your certification and we recommend ServSafe. It's $42, takes a few hours to complete, and stays with you for three years.

All cooks will need a Food Handler Certificate prior to being hired. Depending on the situation/experience we may schedule an interview before you have it but it will be required before starting.

All applicants must have reliable transportation.
